The name is fitting. I've had several companies look at my furnace issue, some to fix and some to give me an estimate to replace but Best was the only one to fix my issue and didn't even charge me. Turns out it was a minor adjustment or 2 and other then a noisy blower the furnace did not need to be replaced.

I had been charged to service it two other times very recently and on both occasions was told that I needed to replace the whole system or at least the blower to make it heat properly. After Best left it was heating like it should and, even if they had charged me a service fee, I'll never call another company to address my heat and air needs again.
